Field flowers can be harvested by hitting the grass with the fists or using a sword or similar. Larger quantities can be harvested in open fields and grasses near streams and swamps.
Consuming field flowers will replenish focus. Concentrated forms of the flower such as Focusing Elixir increases the effectiveness of the replenishment.
