The Grut Stag is a passive and graceful herbivore that roams the land in search of food and mates. It's speed and agility make it the ideal trophy for any hunter who can kill or tame it. For carnivores and hunters alike, the grut stag is primarily hunted for its delicious, gamy raw meat. meuca

K.O Strategy[ | ]
The best strategy to tame a Grut Stag may not be as difficult as one would think. primarily, due to its constant running, a steady stream of stone hook arrows would be all you would need to knock the beast down quick. Be sure to account for your surroundings, stone walls, gaps, chokes, and try to keep it within a hunting ground that you have familiarized yourself with. stone hook arrows are especially effective on this creature, as their running away will often break the strings from the arrows, causing high damage to constitution.
Alternatively they are easy to tame during night as they fall asleep. Build a small house with pillar/column, ceiling and walls (or use wooden barriers) and smash it with a goblin hammer. The technique applies to all animals that sleep during nights. Surrounding purely with barriers is possible during daytime as well.
