Description[]
The Rune of Restoration II provides a 15 second regeneration buff that will restore 4 points of health every second. Regaining a total of 60 health. Use is limited, as there is a cooldown of 30 seconds between uses. This cooldown does not stack with the cooldown from the Rune of Restoration I, allowing for both runes to be used together. The Rune is unlocked in Rank 4 of Water Magic.
