Summoning Altar[]
The Summoning Altar to summon the Elite Boglord can be found in The Cliff area. I know it sounds dumb but "The Cliff" is close to the Edge of the Cleft, the Edge of the cleft is where you find the Elite Bufo Altar. Just look for the swamp the glows during the day and night lol.
